Tahini & Date Milkshake

This smoothie is so incredibly rich and delicious! Frozen bananas lend a thick, creamy texture and the addition of tahini gives it a nutty boost of flavor without adding any nuts! Enjoy as an afternoon snack or even post workout smoothie!

Yields 2 Servings | Total Time 5 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 3 medjool dates

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch salt

  • Optional: 1 scoop collagen powder

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth.

  2. Garnish with additional cinnamon and serve immediately!
