The focus of his health coaching is based upon two philosophies - primary and secondary food. Secondary food is the nourishment one receives from physical food while primary food is the nourishment one receives from things such as relationships, self-care, careers, etc. He is a firm believer that primary food is just as, if not more, important for the body as secondary food. For example, an individual could consume all the vegetables in the world, but if he/she is in a toxic relationship, he/she will still be sick due to the mental and physical exhaustion that relationship is causing.
